PARANAL Paranal aka Rod van Hoesel came into contact with electronic music in the early eighties through a radio station from The Hague. Several Italian, American, English and German producers gave him inspiration to make music by himself in the late eighties. Also, the Techno of the early 90s is a very big influence to him. In the underground nightlife at the mid 80s, the electronic pioneers were busy with some equipment often behind the camouflage netting, this was purely about the music. During this period he got along what equipment was used. He is now father of two children and experiences still lots of pleasure while making electronic music, although there is now less time available. But his feeling for the electronic music remains.
